All the candidates applying to Gandhi Centenary B.T. College, Habra for the admission in B.Ed. course must read the following instructions carefully and also abide by the rules of admission given below fully before proceeding to apply.

Once the filled in application form is submitted successfully, a unique Application Number will be generated automatically. Applicant should have to note and preserve the Application No. carefully. After that Applicant should upload all required documents to print out the Application Form immediately after Login to the Applicant Panel or it can be printed out later from the Applicant Panel after Login. Applicant can use the same to print the Application Form in future. No Application Fee is required for the Session 2025-27.

This system will remain open for online form submission from 2nd September, 2025 to midnight of 14th September, 2025. Provisional Merit List will be published on 16th September, 2025. Applicants are advised to provide a valid mobile number & email so that college may communicate about their rank and date of admission. Applicants are requested to visit the applicant panel frequently for getting admission related notices, information, payments status etc.

Important : Applicants must preserve the Application No. printed on Application Form for future references. Applicants who will not be able to refer to the Application No. will not be entitled for any communications.


If at any stage of the process, marks or any information entered in online application system is found incorrect the application will be rejected.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates with 50% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation from any recognized University and 5% marks relaxation for candidates belonging to SC and ST are eligible to apply.

2. Reservation of seats and upper age limit will be as per the rules of the Govt. of West Bengal.

3. Selection will be made strictly in order of merit on the basis of Grade Marks/Merit Score for the Fresher candidates and for Deputed candidates on the basis of valid Teaching Experience (Date of Joining).
