All the candidates applying to Gandhi Centenary B.T. College, Habra for the admission in B.Ed. course must read the following instructions carefully and also abide by the rules of admission given below fully before proceeding to apply.

Once the filled in application form is submitted successfully, a unique Application Number will be generated automatically. Applicant should have to note and preserve the Application No. carefully. After that Applicant should upload all required documents to print out the Application Form immediately after Login to the Applicant Panel or it can be printed out later from the Applicant Panel after Login. Applicant can use the same to print the Application Form in future. No Application Fee is required for the Session 2026-28.

This system will remain open for online form submission from 7th September, 2026 to midnight of 17th September, 2026. Provisional Merit List will be published on 18th September, 2026. Applicants are advised to provide a valid mobile number & email so that college may communicate about their rank and date of admission. Applicants are requested to visit the applicant panel frequently for getting admission related notices, information, payments status etc.

Important : Applicants must preserve the Application No. printed on Application Form for future references. Applicants who will not be able to refer to the Application No. will not be entitled for any communications.

• Please, do not use mobile to fill application form. Use desktop or laptop computer while filling application form and pay online fee.
• In case of any online payment failure, please wait 24 to 48 hours before re-payment. Please, do not make double payment. Any payment related issues, you may contact to gcbt@ugonline.in with mentioning your payment details.
• Please, provide your own valid Mobile No & Email-Id.
• Photograph must be a your recent passport size colour picture. Allowed Photo Size – 120 X 120, and size of file is not more than 100KB.
• The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink/jel pen and scan the image size to 120 X 20. Size of file should be between (10KB – 50KB)
• File size of other documents (Age Proof, Marksheets, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate, in case of PWD candidate etc.) should be between 600 X 900. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 500KB.
• All attached documents should be visible clearly for e-verification purpose. Applicants are advised to scanned the documents in jpg/jpeg format under specified size before upload in form submission.
• Please update your attachments, if require, before end date of form submission.

1. Candidates with 50% marks in Graduation or Post Graduation from any recognized University and 5% marks relaxation for candidates belonging to SC and ST are eligible to apply.

2. Reservation of seats and upper age limit will be as per the rules of the Govt. of West Bengal.

3. Selection will be made strictly in order of merit on the basis of Grade Marks/Merit Score for the Fresher candidates and for Deputed candidates on the basis of valid Teaching Experience (Date of Joining).
